Fairfield-Maxwell Ltd. (“FML”), founded in 1957, is a family-owned global holding and investment company.  FML is engaged primarily in the shipping and oil and gas industries through its operating businesses in (a) ocean transport of liquid bulk cargo and cars, and (b) seismic technology, equipment, services, and data licensing.

FML seeks to grow value over time by owning and investing in private companies.  Our long-term focus and indefinite holding period allows us to manage through, and profit from, volatile business environments.
