TeraSea Pte Ltd is a dynamic new company formed by two of the world's leading offshore and transport contractors, Ezion Holdings and Seabridge Marine.

Terasea has joined forces with the POSH Semco EPIC division of PACC Offshore Service Holdings to form a new JV company, POSH Terasea Pte Ltd that will own and operate the 4 new Terasea Tugs and the existing 5 POSH Semco Tugs. The operating entity is POSH Terasea Offshore Pte Ltd which commenced operations as of March 15th, 2013. POSH Terasea now has the largest, and most modern fleet of specialized ocean going deep sea towage and positioning tugs.

With a leadership team of pioneers in FPSO towage and positioning and the highest calibre shore and marine personnel, POSH Terasea is fully equipped to continue to deliver innovative, effective and safe towage solutions.
